River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 548 PM PST, River gauge reports indicated minor flooding. The Russian River at Guerneville is now in action stage, with a forecast to fall below action stage after around midnight. The Russian River near Guernville is also in action stage, while also forecast to recede below action stage around midnight. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
