...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 3 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 3 AM AKST TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Lower Yukon River and Yukon Delta Coast.
* WHEN...From 3 PM this afternoon to 3 AM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected Sunday afternoon through Monday morning. Conditions are expected to slowly improve through Monday afternoon into Tuesday. Snowfall totals increase further south and decrease further north.
