Southeastern Blair County in central Pennsylvania... * Until 415 PM EST. * At 400 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located over Roaring Spring, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts up to 20 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 12 to 27. This includes Route 220 from near King on I-99 to near Newry on I-99. Locations impacted include...
