Blowing snow within the northern and central Red River Valley are impacting travel conditions in open country, with occasionally reduced visibility between quarter and half a mile. This will persist through the afternoon into early evening. Reported icy roads in these areas combined with reduced visibility are creating hazardous travel conditions. If traveling in the northern and central Red River Valley, use caution and prepare for deteriorated travel conditions. Slow down, turn headlights on, don't use cruise control, and reduce distractions.
