Total snow accumulations between 3 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Lower Yukon River and Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...Until 3 AM AKST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities will drop below 1/4 mile at times due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow is expected through Monday morning. Conditions are expected to slowly improve through Monday afternoon and into Tuesday.
