Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Air temperatures will continue to remain around -10 to -20 degrees along the coast and as low as -20 to -30 degrees inland. Winds as high as 20 mph will bring widespread areas of frigid wind chills to -50F or lower. The coldest wind chills are expected for the Lower Kuskokwim Valley. Wind chills will improve by tomorrow, but another round of cold temperatures and wind chills is expected early next week. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
