Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Hand, Faulk, Brown, and Spink Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CST this morning. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Falling and blowing snow will lead to areas of quick and sudden reductions to visibility, making travel difficult, especially in rural areas that are prone to blowing snow.
