Water, mud, or rocks over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 205 PM PST, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain with rainfall rates of 0.25 to 0.5 inches per hour with locally up to 1 inch per hour possible.
