Water, mud, or rocks over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 205 PM PST, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain with rainfall rates of 0.25 to 0.5 inches per hour with locally up to 1 inch per hour possible. Minor mudslides or debris flow are possible, especially near steep terrain or recent burn scars such as the Mountain burn scar. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... For the High Surf Advisory, until 10 AM PST Monday. * IMPACTS...There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Large breaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats near shore. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Peak high tides are expected between 8am and 11 am.
