Low temperatures from the mid teens to near 20 across the entire area. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and central Mississippi. * WHEN...From 6 PM Sunday to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Low wind chills and very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
