Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another prolonged period of very cold wind chills is forecast this week, with ambient temperatures gradually decreasing through mid-week along with persistent northerly winds. Communities across Bristol Bay, and the Lower Kuskokwim Valley will see wind chills drop below -40F this evening. Warmer temperatures look to arrive on Thursday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
