Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. Risk of mud and rock slides in the foothills. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 617 PM PST, Local law enforcement reported roadway flooding from heavy rain in the advisory area and overflowing poor drainage areas.
