Pollen Forecast for Dakota City, Iowa

The quantity of pollen grains in the air for Thursday will be falling and will remain in the extremely low range. This relief in pollen levels is caused in part by rising humidity, weak winds and expected precipitation in the evening which tends to wash pollen out of the air.

The amount of pollen in the air for Friday will not change appreciably and will remain in the extremely low range. Although pollen is almost non-existent at this time, the budding trees are not far off. By the time the tree buds are noticeable, the new pollen is already in the air.
