This lowering of pollen concentrations is a result of falling temperatures, rising humidity, and expected precipitation in the morning, afternoon and evening which tends to wash pollen out of the air.

Concentration of pollen grains in the air for Saturday will be greater than today's levels but will stay in the very low range. This increase is due to seasonally normal weather conditions which are favorable for the production and dispersal of pollen.
