Additional snow accumulations 2 to 10 inches, with 4 to 8 inches over roads in the Modoc Warner Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph over high and exposed terrain. * WHERE...Above 5500 ft in Modoc County. This also includes the following passes or notable locations... Cedar Pass on state highway 239 at 6323 ft. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be very difficult to impossible.
