For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 14. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected. * WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast Georgia. * WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning and Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this morning. For the second Freeze Warning, from 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures.
