Snowfall and high wind gusts from 40 to 45 mph will support restricted visibility down to 1/4 mile and snow covered roads, leading to continued hazardous travel impacts. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
