Middle Branch Escanaba River Humboldt 6.5 6.3 Mon 7 am EDT 6.1 6.0 6.1 # DETAILS -------------------- WHAT Elevated river levels caused by rain and snowmelt are occurring. WHERE Middle Branch Escanaba River at Humboldt. WHEN From this morning to early Sunday morning. IMPACTS At 6.5 feet, County Road FX begins to flood At 7.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the County Road FX bridge ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 7:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 6.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet. - FORECAST - The river has fallen below flood stage this morning and will drop down to 6.0 feet on Tuesday. It will rise back up to flood stage Friday evening. -Pollen Index: 9.3 Pollen Level: medium-high Predominant Pollen: Cedar/Juniper, Maple and Poplar/Aspen/Cottonwood. Pollen concentrations for Tuesday will be rising and extend even further into the extremely high range. This higher level is caused in part by rising temperatures. This heavy increase in pollen concentration could very well cause problems for those who are allergic to airborne pollens.
