* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island.
* WHEN...From 4 AM Friday to 1 AM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and some power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds shift to west during the late afternoon and evening with gusts to 40 to 50 mph possible, especially over the Berkshires and Worcester Hills.
