Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph will create blowing and drifting snow along with whiteout conditions at times. * WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Whiteout conditions are expected to continue today and will make travel treacherous. Travel will remain very difficult with hazardous conditions from lake effect snow continuing to impact travel through the week. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lake effect snow is expected oscillate back north to east of Lake Ontario tonight into Wednesday.
