Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The frontal system has produced 2-4 inches of rain in the higher terrain and 1-2 inches in the lower elevations. Small streams are responding to this increase even as rain rates gradually diminish. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 838 AM PST, Trained weather spotters reported flooding in the advisory area. This is causing small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
