There is an increased risk of tree branches and other debris on roadways. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of heavy rain expected through Friday night. Total snow accumulations between 1 to 2 feet possible. Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Trinity County. * WHEN...From 4 PM Wednesday to 10 PM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous.
