WHEN Until 800 PM EDT Sunday. IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 1156 AM EDT, Emergency management reports ongoing flooding across parts of the warned area. - Rainfall of one quarter to one half inch fell across portions of the warned area Friday night into early Saturday.
