Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 2 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel.
