Low-water crossings may be flooded. Rapid river rises and landslides in areas of steep terrain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - As a trough approaches from the northwest, the likelihood of flooding is increasing. Showers and thunderstorms will increase in frequency starting Monday, but the heaviest activity is anticipated for Monday night into Tuesday.
