Light to occasionally moderate snow continues to move into southern Wisconsin late this afternoon, and will continue into the early evening hours. Visibilities as low as three quarters of a mile are possible in the steadiest snows. While accumulation will remain minor, slick spots are possible on elevated and untreated surfaces. Light freezing drizzle may mix in with snow to the south and west of Madison, which could lead to additional slick spots. Precip will begin to move south of the region after 8 PM. Budget a few extra minutes of travel time if taking to the roads through early evening.
