IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 1143 AM EDT, Emergency management reports ongoing flooding across parts of the warned area. - Rainfall of up to one tenth of an inch occurred across the warned area Friday night into early Saturday.
