IMPACTS At 21.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of several buildings in the Ionia Fairgrounds, a shopping mall near the Fairgrounds, and several businesses and residences in the southern portion of Ionia. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 11:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 21.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.5 feet. - RECENT ACTIVITY The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:45 AM EDT Sunday was 21.8 feet. - FORECAST - The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.7 feet this afternoon.
