Nuisance coastal flooding possible Monday morning. * WHERE...Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches. * WHEN...Until 9 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...There is an increased risk of ocean drowning. Rip currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Waves can wash people off beaches and rocks, and capsize small boats nearshore. Minor coastal flooding of beaches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additionally, very minor coastal flooding will be possible around the morning high tide on Monday. High tides will be around 6.9 feet and 900 am. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Remain out of the water due to hazardous swimming conditions, or stay near occupied lifeguard towers.
