Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will limit visibility down to 1/4 mile at times. Blowing and drifting snow expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel.
