...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. There is a 50 to 80 percent chance of at least 2 inches of snow, with an overall low chance of exceeding 4 inches. Winds could gust as high as 65 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and much of north central North Dakota.
* WHEN...From Wednesday evening through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills as low as 35 below zero are possible Thursday morning.
