For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 24 to 30 degrees. Conditions will be more favorable for frost development across most areas late tonight and early this morning. * WHERE...Volusia, Lake, Seminole, Orange, Brevard, Osceola, Indian River, Okeechobee, Saint Lucie, and inland Martin counties. * WHEN...Until 9 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Barrier islands of Brevard, Indian River and Saint Lucie counties may stay a degree or two above freezing. Also, the Orlando urban corridor may also stay a little above freezing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside.
