The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Adams, Franklin, Jefferson, Lawrence and Lincoln counties in Mississippi and Catahoula and Concordia parishes in Louisiana. * WIND...North wind 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...As low as 20 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
