Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, and rivers. WHERE A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Alcona, Iosco and Oscoda. WHEN Until 645 PM EDT Monday. IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
