Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, and rivers. WHERE A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Alcona, Iosco and Oscoda. WHEN Until 645 PM EDT Monday. IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads.
