Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, rivers, and lakes. WHERE A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Crawford, Kalkaska, Missaukee and Roscommon. WHEN Until 645 PM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.
