Wolf River near Shiocton affecting Waupaca, Shawano and Outagamie Counties. For the Lower Wolf River...including Shiocton, New London...Major flooding is forecast. # DETAILS -------------------- WHAT Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. WHERE Wolf River at New London. WHEN Until further notice. IMPACTS At 12.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of the railroad bridge in New London. Flood waters are spreading into portions of North Waters Street and East River Avenue.
