The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a Red Flag Warning for breezy winds and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 8 PM CDT this evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
