Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will lead to blowing and drifting snow and reduced visibility. * WHERE...Schoharie, Montgomery, and Fulton Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
