WHERE A portion of central Upper Michigan, including the following county, Marquette. WHEN Until 200 PM EDT Monday. IMPACTS Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 959 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated snowmelt and some rainfall over the past few days is causing small stream flooding.
