Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Dorchester, Inland Worcester, the Maryland Beaches, Somerset, and Wicomico Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to nearly impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle. Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
