Additional snow accumulations up to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Dorchester, Inland Worcester, the Maryland Beaches, Somerset, and Wicomico Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to nearly impossible. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Expect up to one foot of water above ground level in low lying, vulnerable areas. Some roads and low lying property including parking lots, parks and lawns near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
