Continued dry fuels and low humidity across the region raise concern for increased fire danger. Although winds will not be as strong as the previous day, relative humidity values nearing critical levels combined with dry fuels support a continued elevated fire weather threat across the Midlands and CSRA. Outdoor fires will have the potential to spread quickly, increasing the danger of wildfires. A statewide burn ban remains in effect for South Carolina until further notice.
