Total snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta, Kuskokwim Valley West, and Western Capes. * WHEN...Until 10 PM AKST this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Warm onshore flow will raise temperatures into the low to mid 30's today. For the Kuskokwim Delta and Kuskokwim Valley West, freezing rain is expected to begin early this morning, persisting through the early afternoon. Freezing rain transitions to rain this afternoon and then transitions to snow this evening into Tuesday as winds flip to northerly and cold air moves back in.
