Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel likely. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A lake effect band will develop along the lakeshore and gradually push inland through the day Friday.
