Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility down to below one quarter mile. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty north-northwest winds persist into Monday morning, which will reduce visibilities due to blowing and drifting snow.
