Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 1.5 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Geauga, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact holiday travel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest lake effect snow will persist near the lakeshore this evening into Wednesday morning.
