Bands of heavy snow will continue to develop and push inland into the Delmarva peninsula through early this morning. Snowfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour have been observed, and will continue impacting the area through the predawn hours. Additionally, winds gusting up to 45 mph inland, and up to 60 mph along the coast will result in areas of blowing snow and blizzard conditions.
